Marks Jewelers is committed to your satisfaction.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or an exchange. To be accepted, all items must be in their original packaging, unworn, and free from any damage. If a giveaway was a part of your original purchase, all promotional items must be returned with the original item.
All refunds (except cash payments) will be given in the same manner as originally purchased. Credits will be issued within 2-3 business days from the acceptance of the return. All cash payments will be refunded by a check that will be mailed within fifteen (15) business days. Refund checks will be sent to the name and address of original purchaser. If you lost the original documents or grading report the cost of replacing those documents will be deducted from your return.
THE FOLLOWING REASONS WILL VOID THE 30-DAY RETURN POLICY:
- • Resized by a jeweler other than Marks Jewelers
- • If the product has been worn
- • Any special orders
- • Any head changes
- • Custom made by JEWLVISION and/or altered from original state
- • Custom engraved items
Due to their custom nature, we cannot accept returns on the following: designer engagement rings, designer wedding bands, special size accommodations, and custom made items. Custom orders may only be canceled within 4 business days of being placed (Deposits/Payments after 4 days are non-refundable). If you are unsure or have questions about a particular item, please call one of our customer service representatives for expert help.

What is Marks Jewelers' return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy on most purchases for store credit or exchange. Due to their custom nature, we cannot accept returns on designer engagement rings, designer wedding bands, special size accommodations, or custom-made items. How does the Marks Jewelers upgrade policy work?
Our 100% Upgrade Policy lets customers trade their natural engagement diamond, natural solitaire diamond pendant, or natural diamond stud earrings purchased from Marks for a different size, quality, or shape after one year. Unlike other stores, there are no minimum purchase requirements to upgrade.
Can I cancel a custom order?
Custom orders may be canceled within four business days of being placed. After that window, any deposits or payments made are non-refundable because work has begun. We confirm all details before starting production, so please review your design carefully during the prototype approval stage to avoid changes after the cancellation window.
What are the warranty terms on Marks Jewelers purchases?
All jewelry repairs come with a one-year warranty on workmanship. New jewelry purchases are covered by the manufacturer's warranty plus our own workmanship guarantee. Purchases over $1,000 include a complimentary Insurance Replacement Evaluation. Service plans are available for ongoing care and maintenance.
What payment methods does Marks Jewelers accept?
We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), cashier's checks, cryptocurrency, PayPal, promotional 0% APR financing through trusted lenders, and in-house layaway with no credit check.
