JEWLVISION™ is Marks Jewelers' proprietary custom design platform that transforms your ideas into reality through 3D technology and master craftsmanship. You'll see detailed renderings, try on a physical prototype, and make adjustments before any precious metals are cast.
JEWLVISION™ is ideal for custom engagement rings, perfectly matched wedding bands, heirloom redesigns, and any masterpiece you can imagine — including repurposing gemstones from family jewelry.
The entire process happens in-house. Your valuables never leave our premises.

Phase 1: Discovery & Inspiration
Your journey begins with a free consultation in our Fashion Lounge®. Your JEWLVISION™ Designer spends 1-2 hours learning your vision, style, and budget.
Bring everything that inspires you: Pinterest boards, photos, heirlooms, even rough sketches.
You'll Receive: Hand sketches, gem layout, detailed quote (valid 30 days)
Timeline: 1-2 hours
Cost: FREE
Phase 2: Design Visualization & Prototype
Our team transforms concepts into photorealistic 3D renderings showing your design from every angle. We also create a physical 3D-printed prototype you can try on.
You'll Receive: Multiple 3D renderings, physical prototype to try on
Timeline: 1-2 weeks
Cost:$324 design deposit
Phase 3: Master Craftsmanship
Your piece enters production in our workshop. Master jewelers cast, assemble, set stones, polish, and inspect at multiple checkpoints.
We use only refined casting grain — never recycled gold, which causes blemishes.
Timeline: 3-4 weeks standard; 4-6 weeks complex
Cost: Remaining balance
Phase 4: The Reveal
Your one-of-a-kind creation is complete. Ask your designer about insurance appraisal options for your finished piece.

Doing all of our work in-house, allows us to control costs and craft you an exquisite piece of jewelry at a fair price. Pricing is based on design complexity, metal, and gemstones. Quotes are 100% free.

The time it takes to finish a custom project can vary greatly, with a turnaround time of 4-6 weeks for a standard design and 6-8 weeks for a more complex model. Let us know if there is an important event on the horizon and we will do our best to accommodate you!

We can absolutely recycle heirloom gemstones into your new jewelry, it’s what we excel at! Recycling “used” gold for a new casting frequently creates pieces with blemishes and pitting that affects the finish and strength of the piece. We only use refined casting grain so we can be confident that your jewelry will withstand the test of time. Old metal can be scrapped and credited towards the cost of your custom piece.

Yes. Every custom piece of jewelry comes with an insurance replacement document, completed by one of our GIA-trained graduate gemologists.
